Return Material Authorization (RMA) Procedure

1) Before filing for a RMA, please search our knowledge base for possible solutions. You can contact LEXION's technical support via email or phone.

2) After you have verified that the product is defective and required a replacement, please start the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process by selecting the type of RMA below:

Standard Replacement

We will ship you the replacement product after we have received your defective product. You have 30 days from the date the RMA is created to send us your defective product. Please see below for more details about this service:
Advance Replacement

We ship the replacement product to you first before receiving your defective product. You have 14 days to send us your defective product. A credit card is required to insure that LEXION receives the returned product within 14 days from the date the RMA is created.

This service DOES NOT apply to DVR Systems (i.e. PC based systems).
