Warranty Policy

• Warranty covers parts and labor for one (1) year from the invoiced purchase date.
• Proof of purchase (dated and itemized receipt/invoice) will be required for warranty services. Keep your proof of purchase for the duration of the warranty period.
• Return freight and insurance charges are the Buyer's responsibility. Shipping charge for replacement/repaired item(s) sent back to Buyer will be covered by LEXION.
• LEXION does not warrant any Products that have been subject to improper use, abuse or physical damage. Removal of any serial number or warranty labels will also void such warranty of Product. Accounts are required to be current when requesting Return Material Authorization (RMA).
• Any alterations, modifications, additions, improvements, installation, or attachments on the Products not authorized in writing by LEXION shall solely be at the Buyer's own expense and risk. If operation of the Products is affected in any way by such unauthorized alterations, modifications, additions, improvements, attachments or installations, the warranty shall be deemed waived by the Buyer, and LEXION shall have no further obligation to the Buyer.
• Warranty does not cover damages caused by shipping.
• Warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters.
• Accessories, except for 16-channel and 8-channel power supplies, are not covered under the warranty.

LEXION assumes no risk and shall be subject to no liability for damages or loss resulting from the specific use or application made from the merchandise. LEXION'S liability for any claim, whether based on breach of contract, negligence, infringement of any rights of any party or product liability, relating to the merchandise shall not exceed the price paid by the Buyer to LEXION for such merchandise. In no event will LEXION be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (including loss of use, loss of profit, and claims of third parties) however caused, whether by the negligence of LEXION or otherwise.
