Warranty and Return Instructions
Warranty
Warranty covers parts and labor for one (1) year from the invoiced purchase date.
Proof of purchase (dated and itemized receipt/invoice) will be required for warranty services. Keep your proof of purchase for the duration of the warranty period.
Return freight and insurance charges are the Buyer¡¯s responsibility. Shipping charge for replacement/repaired item(s) sent back to Buyer will be covered by LEXION (UPS GROUND).
LEXION does not warrant any Products that have been subject to improper use, abuse or physical damage. Removal of any serial number or warranty labels will also void such warranty of Product. Accounts are required to be current when requesting Return Material Authorization (RMA).
Any alterations, modifications, additions, improvements, installation, or attachments on the Products not authorized in writing by LEXION shall solely be at the Buyer¡¯s own expense and risk. If operation of the Products is affected in any way by such unauthorized alterations, modifications, additions, improvements, attachments or installations, the warranty shall be deemed waived by the Buyer, and LEXION shall have no further obligation to the Buyer.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by shipping.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters.
LEXION assumes no risk and shall be subject to no liability for damages or loss resulting from the specific use or application made from the merchandise. LEXION¡¯S liability for any claim, whether based on breach of contract, negligence, infringement of any rights of any party or product liability, relating to the merchandise shall not exceed the price paid by the Buyer to LEXION for such merchandise. In no event will LEXION be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (including loss of use, loss of profit, and claims of third parties) however caused, whether by the negligence of LEXION or otherwise.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Return Instructions
1) Before filing for a RMA, please search our knowledge base for possible solutions.
Basic Troubleshooting:
Make sure the system meets the minimum requirements (i.e. Graphics Card, Motherboard, CPU, RAM, etc)
Check if the correct driver has been installed.
Check that the DVR Board has been seated completely.
Check jumper settings.
2) After you have verified that the product is defective and required a replacement, please start the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process by selecting the type of RMA below:
Standard Replacement
We will ship you the replacement product after we have received your defective product. You have 30 days from the date the RMA is created to send us your defective product. Please see below for more details about this service:
Advance Replacement
We ship the replacement product to you first before receiving your defective product. You have 10 days to send us your defective product. A credit card is required to insure that LEXION receives the returned product within 10 days from the date the RMA is created. Please see below for more details about the service:
Standard Replacement
1) Fill out RMA Request Form below and a RMA number will be sent to you.
2) After receiving RMA number, package ONLY DEFECTIVE PART(S) (no CDs, cable, etc.) in anti-static bag if applicable, and write RMA number on outside of box. Also include a copy of the proof of purchase with package.
3) Ship with FREIGHT PREPAID to:

4) The repaired item(s) will be processed and sent back via UPS GROUND.
Advance Replacement
1) Fill out RMA Request Form AND Credit Card Information below.
2) Check box to agree with the terms of the Advanced Replacement Agreement.
3) Once we receive all the information, a replacement part(s) will be sent to you via UPS GROUND. If a faster delivery service is needed, the Customer must pay the difference before the shipment can be made.
4) Package ONLY DEFECTIVE PART(S) (no CDs, cable, etc.) in anti-static bag if applicable, and write the RMA number on outside of box. Also include a copy of the proof of purchase with package.
5) Ship with FREIGHT PREPAID to:
